E-Breathe E-Line Compressed Air Regulating Device

The e-Line compressed air regulating valve is worn on a belt and, in combination with an e-breathe hood, mask, or suit, forms a compressed air-assisted respiratory protection system with a continuous airflow.

The required compressed air is generated by a compressor, which supplies air to a filter station when the surrounding air is non-breathable or contaminated. The compressed air from the high-pressure network or compressor is purified in the filter station and converted into breathable air for air-supplied respiratory protection systems. The treated air is then fed via the e-Line regulating valve and an air supply hose to the respiratory interface of the wearer. The positive pressure generated inside the headtop prevents contaminants from entering.

The system provides reliable protection against particles, dust, mist (aerosols), gases, and vapors.

Key Features:

  • Robust Design: Durable housing with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and quick maintenance access.
  • Ergonomic & Flexible: Can be worn on either side of the belt; swivel hose adapter prevents twisting for greater comfort.
  • Adjustable Airflow: Individually adjustable airflow from 170–300 l/min at 4–7 bar, controlled via a lockable knob.
  • Maximum Safety: Integrated warning whistle (>90 dB) alerts when pressure or airflow drops below safe levels.
  • Optional Tool Connection: Enables the use of pneumatic tools or spray guns from the same compressed air supply.

Product Overview e-Line

1) Silencer
The silencer installed directly at the air outlet of the e-Line valve keeps the noise level in the head section to a minimum.

2) Compressed Air Adapter
The freely rotating DIN round thread hose connection prevents twisting of the breathing air hose and is compatible with all e-breathe and PM breathing air hoses.

3) Safety Coupling
Two-way safety coupling for quick assembly and safe connection of the CA Regulator Valve CA adapter.

4) Airflow
Adjustable control button to adjust the air flow from 170-300 l/min. The built-in safety mechanism prevents accidental adjustment of the air flow.

5) Design / Material
Robust PA6 housing protects the internal components. The smooth surface makes cleaning easy.

6) Compressed Air Connection
Easy to reach safety plug for quick assembly and disassembly of the compressed air hose. Various breathing air safety plugs available
